We accept returns and exchanges on non-customized, full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Customers cover return shipping costs, and initial shipping fees are non-refundable. For orders with free shipping, our incurred shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Note, personalized and made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanges.
